Hi there – welcome! My name is Whitney and my pronouns are they\/she. I am a registered social worker and for the past ten years I’ve been supporting the mental health of children, youth, and adults with various experiences. Some of these include living with ASD, ADHD, Anxiety, and Low Mood. Most recently, I have provided social work support to students and staff in our local school board.

\n\nI am a queer, creative, friendly, and open-minded person. I know that therapy can and should look different for each client and I am passionate about exploring coping skills that are truly meaningful to the folks I’m working with.

\n\nI believe deeply in the therapeutic approach that I’ve developed for the Centre and I can’t wait to welcome you there. I hope to see you soon!
