We strive to provide a truly holistic approach to improving mental wellness. Located in the heart of Simcoe County, Cedar Grove Healing Centre offers many options to meet your needs. We provide an openly Queer and Trans positive space and approach each client interaction from a culturally humble perspective.
Whether you are coming with specific therapeutic goals and visions for change, or just need a soft place to land to untangle the complexities of life, you have found the right place. We provide support to children, youth, and adults and can’t wait to welcome you!
Services
At Cedar Grove Healing Centre, we believe that therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. In addition to talk therapy (CBT, DBT), we offer art therapy, ecotherapy, sound therapy, and EMDR. All of these options are accessible during in-person sessions and clients are encouraged to follow their curiosity while exploring our space.
What to Expect
During your first (intake) session, you will work with your therapist to develop a mental wellness plan that feels best for you.
This may be a structured, predictable schedule for sessions that includes specific modalities and interventions. Or you may prefer to decide on the intervention once you arrive at your appointment.
